Made-to-Order Products: Because each Hex Walls manufactured in-house, please allow 3-4 business days for production before your order ships.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the US and Canada only. If you are outside our shipping region, please contact us to explore possible shipping options.

Shipping times do not include the production/processing period.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, but if your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us at support@hexwalls.com and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Shipping Issues & Returns
What if my package arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact us immediately at support@hexwalls.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement if necessary.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
What if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
